Claim your royalties

Connect the wallet that holds your houses. The contract pays the caller only, for houses the caller owns — nobody else can touch your share, and this page never holds funds.

Reading the chain…

One transaction claims every house you own, ETH and WETH together. Unclaimed royalties never expire — they travel with the house.

Every house earns.
Rarer houses earn more.

Secondary sales carry an 8% royalty. Half goes to the creator; the other half flows into an on-chain pool that belongs entirely to holders — the distributor contract has no withdrawal function, no admin switch, and locked weights. Your share is decided by your house's rarity weight, and unclaimed royalties travel with the house when it sells.

01

Hold

Each house carries a rarity weight, locked on-chain before mint and verifiable by anyone.

02

Earn

Every sale pays royalties into the pool — ETH and WETH alike — and your houses' share builds up automatically. Nothing for you to do yet.

03

Claim

One transaction claims every house you own, whenever you like. Only the owner of a house can claim it.

Thirteen landmarks.
One Treehouse.

Legendaries are whole different buildings — dealt to exact token counts before mint, never left to a dice roll.

Questions

How does the mint work?

Allowlist first — 2 homes per wallet. If supply remains, public mint opens at 1 per wallet. Minting runs through OpenSea on Robinhood Chain.

How do royalties reach me?

The collection's 8% royalty is split at the marketplace layer: half to the creator, half to the distributor contract. The contract accrues that pool to every house by rarity weight. You claim whenever you like — one transaction, all your houses, ETH and WETH both.

Who controls the pool?

Nobody. The distributor has no withdrawal or sweep function — the only path money can leave by is a holder claiming their own houses. Weights were locked one-way before mint; even the deployer cannot change them.

What happens to unclaimed royalties if I sell?

They travel with the house. Whoever owns the token owns its accrued, unclaimed balance — it is part of what you are selling.

Is this investment advice?

No. Royalty sharing is a holder reward that depends entirely on secondary trading volume, which may be zero. Buy a house because you want the house.
